It took me a long time to stop chasing people who couldn’t (or wouldn’t) show up—and start choosing the kind of love that actually feels safe, simple, and steady.
At Three Birds, we help people recognize their patterns, heal what’s underneath, and build relationships that are grounded, mutual, and way less confusing.

We are now offering full comprehensive psychological AND psychoeducational testing & evaluation for children and adolescents ages 6 through 17. (Hoping to extend to adults soon!)
