Try this HIIT training workout

Dynamic stretching to warm up
( stretch while moving!!!)

50 jumping jacks
15 push ups
40 high knees
15 burpees (w/jump)
40 flexor abs (reach right, middle,left) remember pull from shoulders Not Neck!
15 Squat jumps
15 push ups
15 Squat jumps
30 jumping jacks
15 burpees
30 high knees
x2

Static stretching for cool down
(Stretch while body is at rest)
(Make sure you stretch!!)
