Volunteers are needed for AgMagic! 🌾🐄

As a volunteer, you'll help create a fun, hands-on experience for thousands of visiting students.

Group and individual shifts are available from March 18 - April 1. Volunteers can help with set-up, event management, leading tours, coordinating table demonstrations and exhibit breakdown.

Good morning, St. Helena! Our Couch to 5k program is moving right along. 🏃🏿‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏾 Today our Nutrition and Community Health Agent, Isabel Zebrick, is not able to attend, but we are still meeting. Our schedule for today is to walk for 14 minutes, jog for 1, and then walk for 15 minutes in Greensburg Park at 7:30, but come a little early and stretch to warm up! St. Helena Parish Hospital

We finished our first week in our St. Helena Couch to 5k Series! Come and join us at Greensburg Park on Monday. We start stretching 7:15 AM and start walking at 7:30 AM. We hope to see you there! Everyone in the community is welcome to join us- all ages, all abilities, go at your own pace! We encourage each other and chat, and the time flies by. Special thanks to St. Helena Parish Hospital's Rebecca Bridges for leading our stretching, and the St. Helena Economic Development Board for their support!
