Before the continents split into their respective entities… they were ONE UNITED BODY called Pangea.

Pangean Spirit was born through a desire to connect with people and to assist with the natural healing process. Through holistic modalities, mindfulness techniques, reiki, reflexology, meditation, energy work, mindful crafting, sustainable crafting, energy clearing, breathing techniques, advocacy work and creative community collaboration we hope to bring people closer together as well to assist those wishing to find connectedness within the self.
