Was every day easy? Absolutely freaking not!
Were there days that I felt like quitting? Hell yes!

Here is the result of 6 weeks using our amazing health supplements, meal prepping and regular exercise. These products never cease to amaze me! They never let me down!!

I have to be completely honest in the last 6 weeks my weight has fluctuated between 11lbs I have been down by as much as 11lbs and up by as much as 9 lbs I weighd in every single day and some days I was down other days I was up. This is why it is so important to not measure your success by the number on your scale!

This is were we need to shift our mindset to succeed! I was trying to be the healthiest me I could be every day by working on the things I could control.

I can control what I eat & how much, when I exercise, how much sleep I get, my water intake, my supplementation, my mindset! I have no control over the number on the scale so why focus on what I can't change!!

If you shift your focus to being healthy instead of losing weight you will win!

All in all the total weight lost from these two photos is 6lbs!

So the next time you say I worked so hard and only lost 6lbs remember if you were to lose 6lbs of fat your body will look very different! So start taking those darn photos and start shifting your focus to being healthy not losing weight!

Did I ever think my favorite spaghetti sauce Prego was not that good ?!? No!

Am I starting to read my labels better? Yes! By doing this it has helped me a lot with what I can eat that is good for me.

Here is an app that you can scan items to see if they are healthy for you. The app is called Yuka. With scanning it, it will advise if it's good, fair or poor. With the things that may not be the best it gives you better alternatives to try.
