Today I had a BLAST tabling for our program and clinic at the first ever Red Dress Run to unite our community, organizations, and allies across the Upstate to honor lives lost, uplift people living with HIV, and recommit to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Let’s break the stigma, spark conversation, and stand in solidarity ahead of World AIDS Day on 12/1 ♥️

A special, special THANK YOU to everyone at for their hard work in organizing this incredible event. I’m already excited for next year!! ♥️

And I got to meet how cool is that?! Thanks for all you do for our community!

Today, I had the privilege and opportunity to present at the Western PA Family Center fall 2025 conference! My presentation was titled “Differentiation in Dystopia: Applying Bowen’s Theory to George Orwell’s 1984.” Learning about Bowen’s work and collaborating with my professors, mentors, and colleagues in this area was nothing short of life changing. I’m also very appreciative to continue my participation in sharing my wanderings in the theory and to continue learning & refining my understanding. Fully on board with the idea that learning never stops 👏🏻

Thank you to The Western PA Family Center for hosting such a great conference this weekend!
