Hello my beloved clients, I want to take this time to inform you all that I have started a two week medical leave of absence. I have been struggling with medical issues for a while now and am finally prioritizing my health. I am being tested for a few things, one of which is narcolepsy. I choose to share this because sleep disorders, especially narcolepsy, is rare and commonly misunderstood. Some people do just collapse and fall asleep without warning, while others are able to fight it somewhat, but the brain is still trying to throw the body into REM sleep whether you’re asleep or not. When masking this for years, it can take a huge toll on the body. I want to encourage everyone to listen to their bodies and take care of themselves. Masking and pushing through is not only exhausting; it’s a lack of self-compassion. Please be kind to yourself. Take care of yourself. Take time off if needed. Thank you all for your understanding during this time! 💖

Dogs with mobility issues tend to slip on hardwoods and slippery tile floors. If you notice your pup is slipping, having trouble on, or altogether avoiding walking on these surfaces, putting a rug or mat will help them get their traction!

If you’re a senior/special needs dog mom and you’re embarrassed that your home is covered with unmatching yoga mats and rugs, then you’re doing it right, and you should be proud! ❤️ 🐶

Thank you for doing an amazing job grooming Brady! I know that Brady is not easy to groom, he is a bit of a spaz! He also struggles with anxiety but they always go above and beyond to make sure your dog is comfortable and they never rush. As you can see from the second picture he was a mess before they groomed him😆 Now he’s a Teddy Bear again 🐶 💙
