This is what EMDR can look like in session.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) helps your brain process and “unstick” experiences that your nervous system hasn’t fully resolved.
In our practice, EMDR is woven together with somatic and art therapy, creating space to listen to your body, honor your pace, and follow what feels most supportive for you.
Think of your mind like a river…
Sometimes it feels like white water rapids, fast, overwhelming, hard to navigate.
We don’t force our way through the rapids.
