This is what EMDR can look like in session.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) helps your brain process and “unstick” experiences that your nervous system hasn’t fully resolved.

In our practice, EMDR is woven together with somatic and art therapy, creating space to listen to your body, honor your pace, and follow what feels most supportive for you.

Think of your mind like a river…
Sometimes it feels like white water rapids, fast, overwhelming, hard to navigate.
We don’t force our way through the rapids.

New FACES OF IMAGINATION online painting workshop series starts Sun March 15th.
In this series, we will first experiment with color and mark-making with acrylic paints. Then we'll sketch a face and create imaginary worlds inside and around them by using paint, collages, paint pens, and stencils.

Our class intention is to follow the truth of the moment of the painting process while experimenting with different techniques.

No prior painting experience is necessary.

✨Love, Me. - A Found Poetry & Collage Art Therapy Workshop✨

Join us on Tuesday 2/24 for an intuitive, creative collage + found poetry workshop focused on exploring self-kindness in a low-pressure, accessible way.

No forced positivity. If self-care is something that doesn’t feel comfortable yet, or even a little awkward, this space is here for you.
No art experience needed.

This is a space to slow down, notice what resonates, and create something meaningful using images and words. If loving yourself feels awkward, unfamiliar, or like something you’re still figuring out, this workshop was designed with you in mind.

Participants will leave with a found poem that reflects care, honesty, and self-compassion,without pretending things are easy or perfect.

Our Trauma Healing Intensives are designed for people who are ready for deeper work and who want to feel meaningful relief sooner than what weekly or biweekly therapy often allows.

By working in a focused, extended format, intensives reduce the stop-and-start cycle and create space for deeper processing, continuity, and integration.

Each intensive is thoughtfully tailored and may include:
• EMDR for targeted trauma processing
