HIIT Cardio for 3-4 rounds followed by Chest work!! 🎯πŸ”₯πŸ˜… Bodyweight Calisthenics! If you lack dedication, if you lack consistency, if you lack commitment, if you can't dig deep and find that motivation then physical fitness isn't for you! After a week and a half off I choose to come back and fk wit legs!! 4 sets of 12s and 20s OMG!!πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜«πŸ˜…πŸ₯΄ However If Grind Mode was A person!! πŸŽ―πŸ’―πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏾


Simple yet effective at home shoulders and arm routine! However I did chin ups too! Pull ups or chin ups not only works the back it works rear delts, traps, and biceps as well!! But those Incline bodyweight tricep extensions were extremely difficult gotta get better at em!! If I don't hit the gym its never a problem! No Excuses!! πŸ˜…πŸ’―πŸŽ―πŸ’ͺ🏾


Arms, Chest, & Back Routine! I was gone hit legs but I knew I would be extremely exhausted later!! πŸ˜©πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ₯΄πŸ˜… I'll hit em another day no problem!! But a little advice to any beginners be mindful of the stretch and the contraction of any movement you perform in the gym! Nevermind if you're not lifting heavy yet! It's not always about that! Master being slow and controlled with each repetition! Because I see ego lifters male and female all the time and they can't handle that heavy ass weight! Today was Arms πŸ’ͺ🏾 and Legs 🦡🏾!!! 🎯 Really didn't wanna film any content! I feel it slows down my routine!! Just know I was Grindn' as usual this morning!! Whenever I here someone say they like Leg Day I tell em.... "You really shouldn't!! πŸ™„πŸ₯΄πŸ˜„ If You do you need to change your routine because you definitely should be walking funny when you leave!! πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ But the body is a miraculous creation! It can take a brutal beating and repair itself!! Hate to sound blunt but if you decide to get serious about ts just know the best of the best are extreme with it!! Only people over 50 I Think should keep it to a minimum! Only an opinion!πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―


I like to tackle my ab exercises first and then get into strength training!! Today was chest!! Lifting heavy is not about just throwing weight around, it's about doing each rep with perfect form to actually target the muscle you're trying to attack!! Slow and controlled! I don't ego lift! By far though a mixture of calisthenics and strength training will benefit your body's mobility!! Half the heavy lifters I see don't stretch or do any yoga!! So they're strong but their agility is limited!! πŸ’―πŸ”₯🎯πŸ’ͺ🏾


The worse day of working out but it has to be done to have a balanced physique!! πŸŽ―πŸ’―πŸ’™πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎ


Some people look at me crazy in the gym and some can't help but to give me props on my level of fitness!!! Regardless to the compliments or the hatred I simply love this πŸ’©!!! πŸ”₯πŸŽ―πŸ’―πŸ’ͺ🏾
