Most of you know I follow Dr. Josh Axe closely because his methods and knowledge is so incredibly valuable and helpful in staying healthy.
I recently came across this post he made and it’s so true!
I’ve been trying to get healthier and lose some weight and have already been doing some of these steps but will add the last one to my regimen too!
I take Berberine drops, the Ceylon cinnamon is in HEOTE that I drink every morning, Selenium is found in the mushrooms in HEOTE as well, I drink Ashwagandha tea and I’m going to start doing the apple cider vinegar so I’ll let you know!
But just in the last month I’m down 1 pant size so yay!
