For this week's , Emily shares her experience with the Limitless team:

"Limitless Fit is part of something bigger, and without it, the overall Limitless brand would not be complete. Having gone through physical therapy post back surgery twice prior, I know the basics of recovery that most practices follow. When I finish the prescribed time, I am sent on my way. The problem always remains, "How do I move my body now?" Being lost in a gym with no clue of what will help or hurt is a scary and lonely experience.

I have never trained in a place where my trainer and physical therapist even knew each other, let alone designed bits and pieces of my workout together to take my recovery to a whole new level.

Angelica has taken the time to invest in my overall health and fitness, in a way that I truly can't find the words to recommend enough.

Having three back surgeries before 30 brought me to limits I never thought I would face. While there are adjustments that are permanent, there are also limits that many people along the way, placed on me. Well, I am not too shy to boast that because of Limitless Fit, I am playing beach volleyball every week, golfing with my family, lifting heavier weights than I could before any surgery, pushing that forsaken sled with more and more weighted plates every week, and became a certified Pilates instructor 2 months ago. It truly is all in the title, Limitless has taken each limit placed on me, and shown me how to overcome it."

Today is the day! We are T-minus 2 hours until we unveil our new location, affectionately known as "The Mothership".
