I’m thinking more than a book club, really diving in on Atomic Habits and in a Facebook group so it wouldn’t matter what time you participate…..no selling, except you’ll want to buy the book on your own. I just subbed my first full day in a regular 5th grade classroom and I loved it! I also loved that at the end of the day I still had energy to burn (Mito2Max), my feet and back didn’t hurt (LLV and Deep Blue) and I didn’t lose my temper once (Balance).

Women in there 40s and beyond can really benefit. It is also an athlete’s best friend.

These are areas of health that improve with more magnesium in our lives.
