Easterseals PORT Health Easterseals PORT Health helps children, adults and families with disabilities, mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

PORT Health is a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) licensed by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). We are a private, nonprofit that provides service and support for residents of North Carolina who seek assistance with Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Intellectual/Developmental Disability issues. The organization was founded in 2003 and is governed by a Board of Directors representing a cross section of citizens from the area. Our services are delivered by an inter-disciplinary team of qualified professionals who adhere to the highest standards of care and values. The full continuum of needs for each person we serve is supported by the professionals within the PORT organization; which means our family will care for your family.

The last day to vote, November 5th, is just a week away! Make sure you’re ready by exploring your voting options and making a plan to vote ✅

Accessible voting options are available to ensure every voice is heard! Seniors and individuals with disabilities have many options, including early voting, mail-in voting, curbside voting (where available) and accessible machines at polling places. Under federal law, polling places must also provide accommodations like large-print and audio ballots. Individuals who require additional assistance can ask poll workers for guidance on who is allowed to accompany them in the voting booth to help them vote.
