General information

The term holistic has numerous definitions, but the idea is to incorporate the concept of holism (the whole being of an individual) into one's theory or practice. We, as an organization, feel it is important to provide members with the opportunity to come listen to speaker's teach about the variety of ways one can provide care to an individual such as massage, back rubs, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, biofeedback, etc. As up-and-coming nurses, it is important to involve ourselves and grasp a vast knowledge about skills and techniques we can carry with us throughout our careers.
