Each day I’m being more intentional about how I wake up.
No more rolling over and diving headfirst into chaos.
Maybe I’ll check the time, but the doom-scroll? Nah.
The war ain’t just outside — it’s on our nervous systems.
From international trauma to local madness, celeb drama to AI conspiracies… our phones will have us shook before we even brush our teeth. And let’s not even talk about the curated feeds that still manage to sneak in mess. 😮💨
I realized: My peace deserves better.
