Contrast therapy anyone. Cold plunge and sauna! It’s soo fantastic!!! The cold plunge has amazed me. Working on clients their muscles relax so much quicker and it makes it less intense to get those stubborn trigger points (knots) out!

We are so excited to announce that we are expanding. Ketura Ferjuste will be starting with our team if Licensed Massage Therapist in April. She graduated from The Dayton School of Medical Massage in January. We are happy to have her joining us to meet our clients needs. Look for her on Vagaro in April to schedule your massage with her.
