Here’s the way to do it!
“5 Fitness Tips To Live By”

1. Do 4 lifts per week. (Incorporate power work, mobility as well)
2. Eat approximately 1 gram per pound of bodyweight of protein. (Veggies, good fats, yogurt, fruit)
3. Sleep consistently. 6-8 hours a night.
4. Walk for 30-45 minutes 4-5 x per week.
5. Mentally prepare yourself to succeed physically. (Mindset, affirmation’s, meditation, happiness)
