Haley Fischer, RN, Application Enablement Trainer at VieCure, embodies the spirit of advocacy and connection. After years in direct patient care, she now ensures our provider partners are equipped to use VieCure’s platform to deliver more coordinated, compassionate treatment.

This week, as we celebrate National Nurses Week, we’re proud to honor the dedicated nurses on the VieCure team—and nurses everywhere—for their critical role in advancing cancer care.

Coming off an energizing few days at , one message was crystal clear: the future of community oncology depends on people and platforms working seamlessly together. Nurses are a vital part of that future. Alongside physicians, care teams, and technologists, they help shape the systems that enable more personalized, proactive cancer treatment.

Olivier Dagbovie, MBA, LPN, brings more than 15 years of bedside experience to his role as Senior Product Manager at VieCure. His nursing background deeply informs how he builds technology that eases the burden on care teams and ensures patients are supported with dignity and compassion.

April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. The incidence of testicular cancer has been increasing in the United States as well as many other countries over the past several decades.

Join us in raising awareness by encouraging your loved ones to check themselves for symptoms and be sure to report any changes to your provider.

April is National Oral, Head, and Neck Cancer Awareness Month. These cancers affect patients' sinuses, nose, throat, and mouth. Smoking is the most significant risk factor for these cancers so consider quitting and encouraging your loved ones to quit smoking. Contact your provider if you notice changes in voice, persistent sore throat, a lump that won’t heal, or trouble swallowing.

March is A**l Cancer Awareness Month and today is A**l Cancer Awareness Day. This form of cancer is uncommon, and women are more likely to be impacted by it than men. The number of cases of A**l Cancer has been steadily increasing for many years. The age demographic at the highest risk of developing this cancer is those aged 55-64.

Remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle and regular appointments with your provider. Any worrisome or changing symptoms should be discussed with your provider promptly. **lCancerAwarenessMonth

March is Kidney Cancer Awareness Month. This month join us in raising awareness for Kidney Cancer and supporting those who have been diagnosed with this form of cancer.

Some common early symptoms to look out for include blood in urine, a mass on the lower side of your back, pain in the lower back area, fatigue, loss of appetite, and unexplained fever.

Remember to maintain healthy lifestyle habits and to keep regular checkups with your provider including discussing cancer risk and any associated screenings you may require.
