Today we’re celebrating Irvin and his incredible journey following a knee replacement. From day one, he brought joy, faith, and kindness into our clinic — the kind of presence that truly lights up a room. His love for family, his spiritual heart, and his genuine joy made him an absolute pleasure to work with every single visit.

Irvin plays a vital role managing medical ventilators for the state of Indiana, and helping him get back to such meaningful, life-impacting work was an honor we don’t take lightly. We are grateful to have been part of his rehabilitation journey and to serve someone who gives so much to others.

Meet Laylah, a middle school soccer player who began her rehab at Milestone following an ACL injury. Laylah has earned every step of her ACL comeback, getting back to doing what she loves. This session focused on soccer specific footwork and change of direction progressions, as well as basic barbell strength patterns to help restore her strength and confidence.

At Milestone Performance Academy, our ACL return to sport program bridges the gap between rehab and performance, so athletes return stronger than before.
