Hanna Brown – Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Hanna Brown consistently exemplifies what it means to serve with compassion, professionalism, and purpose. Her dedication to our residents, families, and fellow team members is evident in everything she does, and her steady, positive presence makes a meaningful difference each day at Greenwood Village South.
Hanna lives out our Hospitality Promises through her calm confidence and genuine desire to help others succeed. She truly listens and responds enthusiastically, often anticipating needs before they are even voiced, and she consistently takes ownership and follows through in every situation. Whether she is supporting her teammates or creating moments of comfort and connection for residents, Hanna leads by example and sets a high standard for service.
Beyond her day-to-day excellence, Hanna has made a lasting impact through her commitment to continuous improvement. She has a keen eye for identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance communication across teams. Rather than accepting “the way it has always been done,” Hanna thoughtfully seeks better solutions, implementing changes that strengthen operations while supporting both staff and residents.
