✨️MY HEALTH JOURNEY (so far)✨️

I didn't always feel healthy or confident. For years, I struggled with my weight & unhealthy habits.🍪🍰🍺

I started small-walking more, paying attention to what I was eating and slowly learning how to eat clean while also exploring gut health. Small changes made huge feelings! Over time those tiny shifts added up to weight loss and lower BP.🩷

But, even after the progress, I started to battle eczema flare-ups for 3 years which finally led me to dive deeper into GUT HEALTH!🌿

My journey isn't finished! Healing takes time! We're all in the works progress!❤️
