Warner Wellness Wellness Warner is a small business providing Health and Wellness Coaching, Run Coaching and Yoga. My name is Lisa Warner and I live in Bangkok, Thailand.

I am passionate about health and wellness, travel, family, friends, food and adventure! I enjoy living an active lifestyle- including participating in everything from 5k's, Marathons, Ironman Events, paddle boarding, golf and hiking. I love to explore cafes and experience different cultures. I am a Master's level therapist, certified Health Coach through National Society for Health Coaches, Certif

ied Run Coach through Road Runners of America and a 200 hour yoga instructor. As a Health and Wellness Coach, I believe in a mind/body approach to help support, and cheer you on, as you work to create the life you want to live.

Starting a Yin Yoga Training- Can’t imagine another place I’d rather be. Learning to be in the moment is not easy for me- but I hope to expand that skill and eventually help others do the same! Practice wellness to teach wellness.

Flexi Lexi knows how to throw a wellness party! Yoga- amazing food- journaling- sound bath- boat trip- and that was just one day! Don’t forget the pool time and amazing food! It feels so good to sit back- relax-take the time to BREATHE- life just gets too busy and complicated sometimes. It was a gift to be able to slow down and enjoy the moment.
