👆 Sit tall with your feet flat on the floor.

🤲 Place both hands gently behind your head.

🌬 Inhale, and let your upper back lean slightly over the top edge of your chair.

😌 Exhale and return to neutral.

Repeat that 5 times, nice and slow. Do it once or twice a day.
