💡 Measuring Behavior in ABA: Why It Matters!

In Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), measurement is everything — it’s how we turn observations into progress! 📈

By collecting objective, data-driven information on behavior, we can:
✅ Identify patterns and triggers
✅ Track meaningful change over time
✅ Make informed decisions about interventions
✅ Celebrate real, measurable progress 🎉

Common ways we measure behavior include:
📊 Frequency – How often a behavior happens
⏱️ Duration – How long it lasts
📅 Latency – Time between a cue and the behavior
⚖️ Intensity – How strong or severe it is

Remember: If we can measure it, we can understand it — and if we can understand it, we can improve it. 💙

🎉 Congratulations to Haley Beran on Her Promotion to Care Manager! 🎉
We are thrilled to announce that Haley Beran has been promoted to Care Manager at Galliant!
Haley has been an integral part of our team since the Gretna clinic opened in March 2025, serving as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has been diligently working toward her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and accumulating fieldwork hours with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the near future.
We are incredibly proud of Haley’s growth and commitment, and we feel so lucky to have her on our team!
At Galliant, we believe in preparing our future BCBAs for success. That’s why we offer the Care Manager position — a thoughtfully designed role that helps bridge the gap between RBT and BCBA. This role includes:
✅ Gradually building a caseload
✅ Gaining hands-on experience in case supervision
✅ Working closely with a supervising BCBA for ongoing mentorship and support
Haley’s promotion is a testament to her hard work, passion, and leadership potential. Please join us in celebrating this exciting milestone in her journey! 🎊
