Semi-Private Sessions (2-3 People)
- 1 Session (per person): $35
- 5 Sessions (per person): $150 (Save 15%)
- 10 Sessions (per person): $275 (Save 21%)
- 20 Sessions (per person): $500 (Save 28%)

Group Training Sessions (4+ People)
- 1 Session (per person): $25
- 5 Sessions (per person): $110 (Save 12%)
- 10 Sessions (per person): $200 (Save 20%)
- 20 Sessions (per person): $350 (Save 30%)

Add-Ons:
- Fitness Assessment: $60
- Nutrition Coaching: $100 per month (1 consultation + weekly check-ins)

I want to help my community with traveling yoga. Teaching that everyone can benefit from yoga. I offer various workshops on nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness. I also work with yoga massage along with essential oils to help naturally decompress and release tension inside your body.
