These little baby girls did a ton of yoga together while we were pregnant & today they got to practice together earth-side. Nothing cuter than tiny yogis giggling during class. 👶🏼💕

Last week I took this sweet girl to her very first yoga class! 🥳 Ssshhh don’t tell her it was for me. 🤫
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
I can’t tell you how good it felt to be on my mat again. It’s hard to make it to the studio these days, so most of my yoga happens on the floor of the nursery while the baby naps. That counts, too, but gosh was I grateful for this lovely class.

This is the face of the happiest yogi in all the land. Ridiculously grateful to have some of my energy returning & to be back on my yoga mat in my favorite class this morning. Even happier to come home to this sweet sleepy girl. Happy Wednesday, friends. 🥰 ❤️

Life lately... 🥰 Baby snuggles, family walks, sleepless nights, quiet days at home, & more love than I thought possible. ❤️

It’s only been a few weeks since this little miracle girl joined us, but it already feels like she’s been part of our family for forever. I miss her (big) little kicks from inside my belly, but life is SO much better with her on the outside! This tiny little human has made our hearts so full!

Almost 37 weeks & it’s baby kicks & dance parties all day, every day over here in this growing belly of mine. 🎉

Celebrating the start of summer & embracing mellow mode as much as possible lately. Although I have really missed teaching... and my regular vinyasa practice... and running... and generally having energy to socialize & make plans, I’m embracing the crazy changes happening in my body & getting so excited to meet our little girl!!

Hello third trimester. 👋🏼 We are sooo ready for ya! 🎉
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
It’s been a pretty interesting 7 months & hitting this milestone feels so so good.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
At the end of my first trimester, I was driving home from yoga when someone ran a red light & totaled my SUV & scared the living daylights out of me. 🚦😳
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
In the middle of my second trimester, I took myself out for a solid 6 weeks after I slipped, fell, & bruised & cracked my ribs. 🙄 Uff da.

Sooo here’s to an uneventful & peaceful home stretch to meet this little rockstar. 🌟 ✨

Walking with my friend so these tiny little girls growing inside won’t have to face breast cancer like their mommas. 💪🏼 Cancer is scary as hell, but our community is strong! Forever thankful for those working to end this disease.

Many people associate yoga with challenging poses & strength. While sweaty sequences & beautiful postures can be such a fun part of yoga, there is such benefit to slowing down & tuning in to our body’s whispers. I know this – we all know this – but sometimes we need to actually feel the effects of it to remind ourselves how powerful it can be.
⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
This pregnancy has reminded me that there is so much benefit to resting. Truly resting.

When I first found out I was pregnant, I thought I would be over here posting perfect prenatal flow videos throughout my hashtag fit pregnancy (😂😂😂), but instead I’m over here barely getting through the to-dos and trying to grow a tiny human without any major catastrophes. 🙋🏻‍♀️ 🥳

27 weeks pregnant today & thankful for the lessons this little girl has already taught me. 🌈
