It’s an ongoing journey and we hold the toolbox in our own hands. There are days we don’t want to use any of our changing thoughts or tools we have gained over the years but in general we do, and it makes a huge difference. From being sad or depressed for days, it will be shortened and negativity does not last long as it can’t fight the light( positivity). Gratitude out loud or written on paper, does wonders, try to come up with as many as you can in that moment! Even for your biggest teachers( in other words, ugh experiences, bad ones, some realllllly bad ones), because there was a lesson in them, that now has catapult you forward. We, humans, keep changing and by doing that we also change the world as we become more aligned with ourselves, inner peace, happiness and joy! It’s contagious like a yawn or a smile, so go for it today and light up the sky and world with kindness! One random act a day for a stranger goes a long way! , , , , ,

I Love, love! I am picky and don’t want to settle for anything less than what I desire and want, not in friendships nor in love relationships . Don’t listen to others, listen to your own heart as that’s who’s telling you the truth! The myth is that we should never ask for the world, because it’s ego, selfish and not humble.

Truth is” You can have it all”, it’s not about giving up one trait for another, as the universe is unlimited but you have to be willing to ask, manifest, pray, meditate to where you envision it to be true.
