The Gulf Breeze City Council disagrees with the assessment of those in Pensacola who decided to consider dispensaries as pharmacies. Meet the Gulf Breeze City Council: The group of individuals who unanimously passed the first reading of the ordinance preventing those doctors in Gulf Breeze from being able to prescribe medical cannabis, in spite of its widespread state support via Amendment 2 (71%-29%).
