Catalyst Counseling and Therapy Services is proud to launch a 10-week Chronic Illness Support Group, thoughtfully developed through an evidence-informed curriculum and companion workbooks. This group was designed to foster connection, resilience, and practical coping strategies for individuals and/or caregivers of individuals navigating chronic health conditions.

🗓 Thursday evenings starting March 19, 2026
✨ Inaugural group is FREE (all sessions)
📍 Hybrid format: Zoom and limited in-person seating

This supportive space is intended to promote emotional well-being, adaptive coping, and shared understanding in a respectful, confidential environment.

Please join us in welcoming, Kimberly Weary, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to the Catalyst CTS Team. Kimberly is an LMSW in the states of Mississippi and Alabama, who has experience in child welfare, medical social work, and aging and adult services.

Kimberly will be working with clients of all ages, who are dealing with a variety of mental and behavioral health issues.

Kimberly is driven by her passion for social work, she takes pride in providing the best services possible to her clients. As a therapist her goals are to provide a safe and nonjudgement place for the client, meet the client where they are, and collaborate with the client to meet their goals to promote positive change.
