Thank you to everyone who came out to Tacro Tuesday. Tonight we had a couple of sisters that came out to give acro yoga a try… they loved it! Thank you Melissa and Caroline for entrusting us with your well being, as we continuely pushed you a little further outside your comfort zones. A huge shout out to my regular peeps, Craig, Tami, and Katy, as always, I appreciate your energy and commitment to growing our community.
