Thank you to everyone that has supported us and shown up for us this first year. It was exciting, demanding, wonderful, hard, thrilling and life changing year, and your support meant the world to us.

Special thank you to all of the FitNest members! You're dedication has been unwavering and made this little studio so very special for all of us. Here's to new challenges, adventures and growth in 2026!

📢📢📢New Class Alert📢📢📢

We have 2 new classes coming in January.

Walk It Off is a 30 minute treadmill class that incorporates speed and incline to get the heart pumping, the sweat flowing and the calories torched!

Full Body Resistance is a 45 minute circuit style class that uses resistance bands and a combination of strength and cardio blocks to get a full body, badass workout!

And remember, you don't have to wait for the new year to get started on the new you! So from now until January 31st, all new members will get their first 3 months of membership half off!
