So excited to be a teacher at SaSo! Also so excited to be pairing with them and Natural Grocers for the Aug 20th Music Cruise! Check out the Amazing Sanctuary Somatics then cruise on down to Natural Grocers for some Nattie G swag and love ❤️ 😍 🎊✨️

We will host a Vibe n Ride from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

At 4:30 we’ll have an Open House at the SaSo studio. This will be a casual get together for anyone interested in movement, wellness, health and healing. All teachers, all students, all studios, all communities are welcome. After the Open House we can head outside to listen to the band Alternative People play a few songs outside SaSo before they cruise through town around 5:30p.

At 5:30p, the Resiliency Project’s Music Cruise will begin at SaSo. The band Alternative People will play a few songs at SaSo and then the band will tour around town before eventually ending up at Natural Grocers. We can all follow behind the band on our townies!
