My new space is almost ready!! I’m excited to announce that I will start taking clients again! My shoulder is healing well and I’m ready to start helping people feel good again!

I made the decision to take proper care of myself so I can confidently move forward in continuing my education with FST and grow my business!! With an amazing team of caregivers, I’ve started rehab and will be back to stretching clients in less time than originally expected!

Healing takes time and self love and I’m thankful for this time to better understand my body. I believe through this experience, I will better understand and be able to help my clients even more!
