✨ If you thought I looked nervous getting on stage two weeks ago, just wait until you see this clip.

It’s early 2020. I had just begun channeling after a vibrational shift that changed everything. This moment? It was during a live Zoom session with Sheila Gillette, who channels Theo. There were probably 300, maybe 400 people on the call. I remember sitting there, heart racing, trying to find my place in this new world.

Trying to meet other spiritual people. Trying to understand what was happening to me. Trying to be brave enough to ask a question.

And I did.

You can see the fear in my eyes. You can hear the tremble in my voice. But what moves me most now is that I said yes anyway. I asked. I stepped in. I let the Council guide me, even though everything inside me was still learning how to hold it.
The words they spoke that day still echo through me:

“They will speak through you. But there will be one spokesman, so that you are not off-put by many separate energies.” and “Many will be touched by the wisdom that comes.”

It was such a tender moment.
A permission to grow into this work gently.

Now, years later, I found this recording saved deep in an old Dropbox folder while on the road listening to psychic readings from over the years. It stopped me in my tracks. Not because I had forgotten, but because I can see so clearly now how much I’ve changed. How much stronger I’ve become. How much more integrated this path feels.

If you're at the beginning of your journey, nervous, searching, unsure, know that this path will hold you if you let it.

Why would someone pursue spiritual awakening? 💜

It was a great experience to explore this question more fully with Christian Mauerer. What calls us to awaken, what we discover along the way, and how it changes everything! ✨

In my own journey, spiritual awakening has been a return.

A remembering that I am not just a body with a soul, but a soul that chose this body, this life, this moment in time.

We are all spiritual beings having physical experiences on Earth, and we didn’t come here to be perfect. We came here to feel it all.

To discover love in all its forms.

Some of us are new to this Earthly school, and some of us have walked through lifetimes of learning. But every soul has a purpose, and every path is sacred. 💫

Awakening isn’t about escaping life.

It’s about being fully in it with open eyes, open hearts, and a deeper connection to the truth of who we are.

Love or fear.
Love or fear.
Love… or fear.

It’s always that simple. And yet, we so often forget.

With every step you take, every decision before you, pause and gently ask: Am I moving from fear… or from love?

When you look back over your life, you may begin to see the subtle moments where that choice shaped your path. The times you leaned into trust. The times fear held the pen. Neither is wrong, both are teachers, but only one leads you toward your highest becoming.

As we move through the final months of this year, the invitation is clear: lead with love. Let love be the language of your decisions. Let it guide your presence, your expression, your becoming. It is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

You know that feeling when you step into exactly what your soul came here to do...

That’s what it felt like to step on stage in San Diego. 🪽

My soul was buzzing. The Great Council of Light was vibrating with so much energy that I actually had to ask them to settle down. If you were in the room, you know exactly the moment I am referencing.

This past year has shown me again and again that when I choose to move through the darkness and into the light, say yes to love and release the fear, and keep showing up, speaking up, and sharing what I’ve lived, along with the messages from the Council, even when they ask us to hear what we may not want to, the path becomes more and more clear. 💫

This moment, this photo, holds a core memory for me. A turning point. A breath of knowing that I am being shaped into the spiritual leader, healer, and facilitator I am here to be.

Thank you for the love, for every comment, every reflection, and for holding me through it all.

These next few months of 2025 are a sacred time of reflection for me. I can feel the energy of 2026 already humming in the background. I cannot wait to share what’s coming and I do hope one day I will get to meet you in person too. 💜

This moment, this breath, is the invitation to live your truth, not as concept, not as potential, but as presence.⁠

The Council reminds us:⁠
You came here to be the frequency of your soul. Let your energy speak louder than your words. Let your choices reveal your inner knowing. Let your life become the message.⁠
