If your cycles are irregular - this is a red flag that there may be something more serious going on with your hormones.

This is especially important if you are trying to conceive.

Many health care providers will push you aside and tell you your symptoms are normal. They’ll tell you to try for at least 6 months or even a year before coming back for help.
