Whether you are just starting to consider trying to start conceiving or you are in the midst of fertility treatments, these lifestyle changes can improve your chances:
1. Cut out plastic Tupperware and definitely do not heat up food in plastic.
2. Stop using products that have fragrance: detergents, soaps, dryer sheets, etc. like plastic, these are known endocrine disruptors.
3. Eat a Mediterranean diet
4. Strength train but don’t overdo it! While strength training is proven to improve fertility success, over exercising can have a negative effect on fertility.
