Healing might seem impossible.

Great pain and great trauma can cause us to contract and build mental armor. It protects us from the pain, but in the end, that mindset can prevent recovery.

Healing IS possible. Don’t give up. Even if you haven’t found the solution yet, if you don’t give up, you have the possibility of finding it and transforming your life.

And remember, the journey is filled with treasure and small joys, too, when we allow ourselves to see them.

Essential Therapies finally has a Facebook presence! We are doing so many exciting things and I needed to share them with everyone. I am affiliated with Tranont, a company that makes some of the best CBD fluids and unique applications for pain management and optimum healing. They also produce great plant based collagen supplements for ligament health and skin resilience. I will soon create links to their page "Health Wealth Community" for more info on what you might find useful. I also want to share the constant advances in microcurrent therapies using the Hache Protocols by Drs. John and Lori Hache. We have been able to work together on several challenging pain and healing cases to complete resolution using their specific protocols.
