Parent alienation isn’t a “buzzword” to me.
It’s my real life. It’s my children’s real life. And I’m still living it right now.

I wrote my books because I watched what this does to kids—the confusion, the loyalty binds, the silence, the emotional tug-of-war no child should ever be placed in. These stories are based on our true story, written through a child’s lens, so kids feel seen, heard, and less alone.

My books are interactive on purpose—because children don’t always have the words, but they do have feelings that deserve space and safety.

Today I’m sharing a blog and a podcast episode that go deeper into parent alienation, why it’s so harmful, and why we have to start talking about how it impacts children—not just parents.

If you’re a parent, therapist, educator, or someone who loves a child caught in high-conflict family dynamics, this is for you.
If you’re a child who has ever felt stuck in the middle—this was written for you. 🤍

When divorce is loud… kids feel it the deepest.

Children caught between high-conflict parents often carry emotions they don’t have words for—confusion, guilt, fear, loyalty struggles, and big feelings they don’t know how to safely release.

That’s why I wrote my children’s books.
Not just to read—but to experience.

✨ My books are interactive, therapeutic, and child-centered
✨ They help children name emotions without feeling like they’re choosing sides
✨ They support kids who are already in therapy—or those who need a safe bridge into it
✨ They give professionals a gentle, age-appropriate tool to open meaningful conversations

👩‍⚕️ For therapists, counselors, educators, and child advocates:
These books are especially helpful for children navigating divorce with one high-conflict parent. They can be used in sessions, at home, or as part of emotional regulation and processing work—without escalating conflict or placing blame.

❤️ And this matters deeply to me because it’s personal.
These books are based on a true story—my true story—and what my own children went through. I wrote what I wish we had in the hardest moments… and these tools genuinely helped my kids feel seen, safe, and understood.

If you’re a parent navigating divorce…
If you’re supporting a child impacted by high conflict…
If you’re a professional looking for a compassionate resource…

Some kids aren’t “acting out.”
They’re surviving a high-conflict situation they didn’t choose.

That’s why I created my interactive children’s books—to give kids a safe voice when they’re navigating:
• High-conflict parents
• Loyalty binds
• Confusing adult behavior
• Parent alienation
• Big feelings they don’t have words for yet

These books aren’t about blaming.
They’re about helping children process, feel seen, and understand that loving both parents is okay.

Each book invites kids to:
📖 Read
✏️ Reflect
🎨 Write, draw, and respond
💬 Learn emotional language
🧠 Build resilience without taking sides

When adults are in conflict, children often carry the weight in silence.
These books gently put that weight down.

If you’re a parent, co-parent, grandparent, therapist, teacher—or you know a child stuck in the middle—this is for them.

Therapeutic Strategies for High-Conflict Situations: For children navigating high-conflict situations, therapeutic interventions often prioritize strengthening the child's bond with the healthy parent while addressing parental alienation. My books provide interactive tools for children to process their emotions and serve as a valuable complement to existing resources. Through interactive exercises, children engage alongside the book's characters, illustrating the physiological impact of negative comments made by the high-conflict parent about the other parent or household. This process fosters a path towards healing. Good afternoon on this cold, lazy Sunday ❄️
I’m comfy and cozy in my robe, staying indoors today, getting some much-needed rest after a full week and watching a sermon on YouTube. Cold weather, quiet time, and a little soul refresh—exactly what I needed.

What are your plans for this Sunday? 💭☕️

Good morning 💛

If you’re a parent navigating divorce or co-parenting, I just want to remind you of this today:

You don’t have to have all the right words.
You don’t have to do this perfectly.
Showing up with love is already enough.

I wrote my children’s books for families walking through big changes — to help kids understand that it’s okay to love both parents, to feel big emotions, and to know they are safe and deeply loved in both homes.

If this speaks to you or someone you know, take a moment today to explore the books or share them with a parent who may need support.

☀️ Wishing you a gentle, peaceful morning
