Hey friends—real talk: I know I haven’t been as active here lately, but the need for HeartHead hasn’t gone anywhere. In fact, we’ve got a growing waiting list of folks who need help paying for therapy.

The truth? Funds are low. Like, ā€œcheck engine light has been on for two weeksā€ low.

So for the rest of , every step I take is a step toward raising funds for HeartHead—so we can get people the support they need.
