If you remember playing snake on your phone, this is your sign to check your blood pressure 😉

High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Early detection can prevent heart disease and stroke.

Adults should have their blood pressure checked at least once every year.

Your health matters ❤️

Did you circle the screen? Or zig-zag? It’s important to have a strategy for managing your blood pressure, too. Talk to your doctor about your numbers and how to keep them in a healthy range.
