I am so excited to be able to add Lazaris Nerve Release to my offerings. LNR addresses nerve impingements due compressive neuropathy which can occur during repetitive motion. These releases are facilitated by subtle movement of the fascia via manual therapy, posture and movement, in essence they reprogram the fascia and nervous system to work together in a healthier way.
