I am a yoga teacher and a marketer. My passion is to help you step into your greatest strength. My goal whether we are working together on a marketing project or on the mat is to discover where you are blocked in patterns of self-sabotage, and open up to shift. In my yoga classes you can expect a connection to the season and elements, plus an exploration of your patterns of tension, fatigue and st

ress in your body and mind. I also LOVE that I also get to combine my passion for yoga and healing with my marketing background. My summer garden herbal magic classes start this Sunday 🌿🪻🌼🪄

Join me in one of San Francisco’s most beautiful and tranquil community gardens and learn all about the magic of edible medicinal flowers like calendula, chamomile, lavender, borage, yarrow, and more!

We’ll make remedies for the skin, plus a garden tea and you’ll learn how to add flowers into food as well!

It’s flower magic time 🌹🌸🌼🪻

Roses are so magical and medicinal and EDIBLE (as long as they are not sprayed), and I’m thrilled to be getting into my community garden 🌿this Sunday at 2pm for a class all on the gifts of flowers - for our heart, skin, digestion, immunity, nervous system and more!

P.S. Calendula flowers are highly medicinal and revered for the skin and tissues and I’m going to be making a lot of calendula oil, lotion bars, salves and other goodies for my Seasonal Herbal Boxes and the summer herbal retreat with this magic!

Happy earth day! 🌱 Plants are SO incredible, and as wise teacher said “plants and trees already know what to do about climate change.”

I love this plant, and it’s likely you have some growing near you as well.
