I had a vision a few years ago 🌿
We were harvesting herbs at their peak on a beautiful garden and making powerful remedies together 💚

There is something so special about connecting with the land and herbs, plants and flowers in person — and then making herbal remedies right after you harvest. It’s pure magic, a joy and a delightful way to spend and afternoon.

I’m so excited to share I found the most perfect farm nearby in beautiful Half Moon Bay (along the CA coast and highway 1). Join me on Sunday, July 12th 🪻🌼🌞🌱 our day includes the harvest, plus a farm to table vegetarian lunch and you’ll take home a hydrosol and essential oil we will make together and more!

Have you learned how to see beyond what’s often called the “green wall” of nature? 💚

Every year I lead classes that are so much fun and delightful 🌿 teaching folks about the magic of evergreen trees (pine, redwood + more) and wild plants growing near you and how to make some good herbal medicine through ethical wildcrafting and foraging.

📍This will be highly experiential and an on-foot class in Golden Gate Park of San Francisco.

🌲Our journey will begin with a meditation in a redwood tree grove near .studios in the Haight, followed by a wild plant and tree magic walk.

We will go over the ethics and important considerations for wild foraging from evergreen trees, as well as wild herbs and plants. We will connect with some powerfully medicinal trees, herbs and plants growing in plain sight.

Dates for classes : Jan 11, Feb 7, March 8, April 11

This is for my fellow makers, creators, artists and entrepreneurs of all kinds.

How many times have you noticed yourself feeling challenged and are disillusioned with marketing and business? 😔

🎯It’s no surprise we would feel this way with all of the fear and manipulation that is being used to sell us things all the time. But, there is a different path we can take - a way that is more ethical, fun and likely aligned to your values.

AND the aspects of business that challenge us are some of our greatest teachers. There is much to be uncovered here — about ourselves, ourselves, our patterns, our pursuits and life.

I thrilled to be offering a new and updated version to this 5-part course to help you take a closer look at places where you might be blocked or challenged in marketing, and will help you share more easily in your authentic voice and stand in your power.

A program that helps us tap into the remembrance of that pull that brought us here in the first place. That spark of magic that is within you — that wants to be shared with others.

Together we will also engage in rituals and practices to help you tune into patterns, and begin to start a new path forward with more clarity and inspiration.

It’s the Witches New Year 🖤

Did you know that many of our Halloween rituals 🎃 come from ancient traditions that honored the descent more fully into the dark half of the year? At this time when the dark and night becomes more palpable, and much of the fruits of the year have been harvested, it is known in Celtic traditions as Samhain or the third harvest — the harvest of the seeds.

🌀This is the time when we begin to step into the ending of fall and the very beginnings of winter (in the Northern Hemisphere), and we enter into a liminal space - a place of transition.

We gather the seeds of the year - the good, the challenging and tune into the dream seeds yet to come to fruition.

Within the seasonal transitions it is incredibly powerful to pause, and ask yourself - how can I honor what has come before, and prepare myself for the season ahead?

🍂This is a great time to reflect on both what we received this year, and also look back at the challenges and grief. To honor the full harvest, and how we’ve changed, evolved and awakened.

🕯️ It is also a time to honor those who are no longer here with us in body on earth. Every culture around the earth has a practice of honoring those who came before.

At time time I bring out pictures of relatives, ancestors and beloved pets - I light at candle after the sunset, and say hello. No matter what stories your lineage holds, each and every one of us come from several folks who were wise.

I like to say thank you to my ancestors for traits I hold today that got passed down the line that help me, and unique gifts likely also given. It is because of them that we are here today.

💀 At Halloween we dress up like ghosts, ghouls and goblins to symbolize both those who are no longer with us, and also what scares us. The ghosts of the year that have come back to haunt you.

I’m thrilled to be leading a ritual around the magic of this time - which doesn’t end today, with in SF’s Golden Gate Park hosted by .sf next Sunday, Nov 9 at 1:30pm.

Join us - it’s free and we’ll meet at the Stanyan St. studio and walk over together. It will most certainly be magical 🌟.

I’m hosting a FREE class all on the MAGIC of herbal tea in a few weeks on Friday, March 14th at 3pm PT/6pm ET 🫖🌿🌀

We’ll be getting into our kitchens to learn some tips for preparing a powerful cup of herbal tea. You’ll also learn about the different variations of herbal tea, and how to get the most out of your cup.

Together, we’ll make two teas that are great for the nervous system, and delightful.

We’ll be making magic in with Tulsi (Holy Basil), Rose 🌹 and Butterfly 🦋 Pea Flower!

We’ll also discuss sourcing, and considerations when buying herbs and/or herbal tea.
