Sometimes you may allow yourself to stay stuck, whether it’s in a dead-end job, an unhealthy relationship, or not taking the necessary steps to make positive healthy changes in your life. It's the fear of the unknown that keeps you stuck. You know and are comfortable with the current situation but it is the "unknown" that can keep you from doing what you need to do. Joy is something that you feel deep within you. It’s when your soul shines and brings that outwardly smile upon your face. After breaking 2 toes in a stupid little accident I was forced to slow down. No hiking, no walking long distances and even no lunges, no step ups, no Bulgarians, etc. The one thing that has stayed consistent over the last 2 weeks is my love for the outdoors and basking in nature. Add my pup to the mix and yes that’s pure joy for me! Fresh air, green landscape, sunshine, hammock and a “ladies best friend”…my soul dog…aka . 🌿

One of the blessings that came out of this pandemic is continuing to reach and help more people thru my online training and health coaching businesses. Just finished teaching an amazing strength training class. If you or anyone you know is interested in joining us let me know. All levels and ages welcome.
