If you are reading this I’m so glad you’re here.
I honor your connection.
And if you are comfortable sharing in the comments, I would love to take a trip down memory lane with you, and invite you to share how we know each other.

There are some new faces here, and as the community that I am so grateful for continues to grow, I wanted to share a little bit about this space.

My passions are blending science, connection, nature, and energy to guide people into healing: body, mind, and soul.

My life’s path has never been a straight line, and I am eternally proud of that.
I work in healthcare as an RN, as an entrepreneur sharing my artwork, in holistic health, medical cannabis advisement, and reiki healing.
My most impactful training, though?
Life.
The crazy intertwined ball of chaos that I picture as my life map, has been my greatest lesson.
Walking through grief, loss, sickness, intense trials, and mental health struggles balanced with the beautiful memories are my wisdom.

Through writing, art, speaking, plant medicine, education, energy healing…
I’ve had the privilege of helping members of this community reclaim health and purpose.
Which is the greatest gift this life has given me.

This space is where I’ll share those insights with you: tools, teachings, and encouragement.

A resounding theme this week has been BALANCE.

I have studied health sciences for the last 20 + years, and here is one piece of expert advice.

Your health and wellness requires a balance of holistic care, and traditional medicine.
Balance of your mind, body, and spirit.
There is no one stop fix to keep you healthy and happy.

We must make room for both!

Our goal is not only the absence of disease but also the integration of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Holistic care emphasizes treating the whole person, addressing lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health, while traditional medicine provides the scientific foundation for diagnosing and treating specific ailments.

When you combine these, you benefit from the both schools of medicine: the preventative and supportive nature of holistic practices and the efficacy of evidence-based treatments.

Take charge of your well-being.
Be open to a multifaceted approach.
I promise you, what's on the other side of an integrated approach to your well-being,
is true healthcare.

On what is yet another beautiful day, remember to put the S in C.H.A.O.S into motion and set boundaries for yourself. Remember that setting boundaries is not selfish, it is self respect! I think it is fair to say that we teach others how to treat us by the way we treat ourselves! I hope this weekend brings all of you everything that YOU want it to bring. As the days go by, it is almost without doubt that everything will not go as planned. And thats ok!! It's all part of the way the world turns and the universe challenges us. And it is during these times that I lean into the O of C.H.A.O.S by organizing my thoughts either by journaling or meditation. Remember, you are in control of how you harness any feelings of overwhelm and inconvenience.

O- Organize your thoughts.

Let your mind unfold on the page. Write freely. Through journaling, patterns will emerge, insights will surface and clarity will come. Or let silence be your guide as you close your eyes, breathe and find the balance in everything. Overwhelm is temporary
