You can’t stop the aging, but YOU CAN CHOOSE HOW TO AGE! Exercise is the best anti-aging it keeps you strong and healthy mentally and physically! It’s never too late to improve your health but don’t wait too long because it won’t get easier!

As we get older we lose muscle mass, so it is very important to maintain what is there and build more to improve quality of life and reach old age with extra! 🏋️‍♀️

🔟 TIPS TO SLOW DOWN YOUR AGING:

1. Practice stress management: meditating, deep breathing, exercising
2. Avoid ultra process foods and sugary drinks
3. Avoid alcohol
4. Avoid smoking
5. Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night
6. Exercise daily: cardio and weight training
7. Eat more protein and foods that reach with antioxidants: berries, spinach and green tea…
8. Practice gratitude and positive mindset

I want to thank everyone who came to celebrate my 50th birthday! 🥳🎂🎉 It was an amazing birthday party, thanks to Cafe Noir for making it special and for the delicious cakes! I want to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday and sent me birthday gifts from my Amazon wish list (in my highlight). It was a great surprise! 🥰🤩🎁🎉

I feel grateful and blessed for all this love! I wish myself good health and another 50 years of weightlifting! 💪😅🏋️‍♀️

But the most important thing is that I wish all the hostages to return home immediately, they were held in difficult conditions in the tunnels in Gaza for two years! 🎗️🙏🇮🇱
I wish the war to end and all the soldiers to return home safely. Peace in the Middle East! Amen 🙏 ☮️

What’s your excuses?? If he workout, you can do it too!! 💪

Building legs and muscles is not easy! It takes a lots of years of hard workout and nutrition, It require consistency, perseverance and a lots of patience, but it worth it!

When I see my friend with one leg that never skip any workout and always smile it gives me a lots of motivation and inspiration! We need to be thankful for what we have in our life not focus on what we don’t have! To appreciate our health and never take in for understandable!
