I started harvesting the lavender we have growing this morning and am swooning over the color options and the wonderful smell!

It’s the first week of summer vacation and I am itching to give the house a good scrub down!

Today’s focus is the Master Bathroom (and boy did it need it!)

Check out my enhanced Thieves Household Cleaner Spray that I like to call …

🧽 FRESH & CLEAN 🧼!
Ingredients:
- 2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner
- 16 oz water 💦
- 16 drops Spearmint EO 🌱
- 16 drops Lemon EO 🍋
- 12 drops Lime EO 🍋‍🟩
- 6 drops Lemongrass EO ☀️

Mix them all together and start spraying!

I love how light and fresh this makes the bathroom smell!

Let me share with you a routine that I have been doing everyday to help strengthen and thicken my existing hair….

After last year going through the full thyroid removal and that after math, it was also found that I had PCOS. One of the side effects is male pattern baldness and hair thinning….NOT FUN!

So I had been doing some research and have been spraying this awesome hair supporting blend in twice a day:

GROW YOUR HAIR SPRAY
30 drops Lavender EO
30 drops Rosemary EO
30 drops Peppermint EO
15 drops Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood EO
Top off with distilled 💦
4oz spray bottle

I have been dry bushing this in and gently massaging at the scalp with the pads of my fingertips!

It’s time for the Sunday night shout outs!

We finished our 2nd week of this New Year and I hope that you have been seriously considering the art of BALANCE and CONSISTENCY!

I challenge each of you to being open to considering small goals that you set for the week and let the consistency compounding effect happen!

This week: FOCUSED FAMILY TIME (being fully present when I am with my family)
-lots of 🥰 snuggles and not rushing
- homemade butternut squash and sage ravioli
- board games
- 🚜 tractor play land fun
- intentional conversations minus the electronic device distractions

So here’s my challenge:
💡Start acknowledging a SUCCESS, a BLESSING, a WIN that you had this week and use that as your barometer of success rather than the motivational feeling you had…

I’ll start and the I cannot wait to hear from you!
