📢 Important NEWBORN Update 📢

Due to a period of high volume and limited provider availability, we are currently at capacity for newborn visits and placing a temporary hold on scheduling new newborn patients at this time.

💛 If you are interested in bringing your new bundle of joy to our office, please feel free to give us a call, we’d be happy to discuss options with you.

👶 We are continuing to accept new patients 1 month of age and older.

This is only a temporary pause, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as our practice continues to grow at such a rapid pace. 🌱

It’s true. Wiggly bodies = growing brains. 🧠✨

Research in Pediatrics (2018) found that kids who get regular physical activity actually have better focus, memory, and problem-solving skills. And another study in the Journal of School Health showed that even short “movement breaks” during the day help kids pay attention and do better in school. 🙌

So the next time your little one can’t sit still while learning… don’t stress. That movement is actually helping their brain build stronger connections. Dancing, climbing, running, or even just wiggling in their chair, it all counts.

Before birth, children lived in the womb…calm, steady, and connected.

That same deep calm is still available… right under our feet.

When kids touch the earth barefoot, their bodies absorb the earth’s natural energy, helping to balance moods, calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support healthy development.

Let them run on grass, dig in soil, splash in natural water. Grounding daily and often.
