❤️ On this last day of Kwanzaa, I honor Imani—faith. Faith in love, in joy, in myself, and in the journey God has carried me through. I’m stepping into this New Year more faithful than ever, because what I’ve survived has only made me more whole.

This year, I celebrate the freedom to live a life my matriarchs could only dream of—a life filled with love, joy, and the care they weren’t afforded but paved the way for me to embrace. I walk by faith, not just for myself, but for the community I continue to build and the legacy I’m creating.

❤️‍🩹 7 Years of Healing ✨

🤩 Today, we celebrate a milestone: 7 incredible years of serving our community! The number 7 symbolizes completion, but for us, it also marks a new chapter in our growth and commitment to providing holistic mental health care.

❤️‍🩹 From starting as a small practice offering individual therapy, we’ve blossomed into a vibrant team of passionate therapists, educators, and healers. Together, we’ve expanded our services to include yoga therapy, group therapy, cannabis education, and specialized support for formerly incarcerated individuals.

❤️‍🩹 Through every session, workshop, and connection, we’ve worked to heal generational trauma, support justice-impacted communities, and create safe spaces for growth and empowerment.

🙏🏾 We’re so grateful to our clients, team, and community for trusting us on this journey. Here’s to 7 years of impact and to many more years of healing ahead! 💛

🗣️ Today, I walked into Capitol Preparatory Magnet School and found hope sitting in the hearts of young visionaries.

👩🏾‍🎓👨🏾‍🎓 These students are not just dreaming of change; they are mapping it—tackling the deep wounds of systemic racism, from Black maternal health to mental health and incarceration. Their voices carry the weight of generations and the promise of a brighter future.

❤️‍🩹 Sharing my story with them felt like watering seeds already rooted in wisdom, resilience, and love for our community. They reminded me that healing is possible and the fight for equity is alive in their passion.

✊🏾 Our future is in powerful, capable hands. Keep shining, young leaders. The world needs your light.
