Seeking Aligned Partner for Arts-Integrated Regenerative Farm & Retreat Space in Connecticut
I’m looking for a thoughtful, grounded, and inspired partner to co-create a unique space in Connecticut—part regenerative farm, part arts retreat, part sanctuary for expression and connection.
This vision is rooted in my belief that land, creativity, and human healing are deeply intertwined.
The Vision:
A living, breathing space where:
• Regenerative agriculture nurtures the land
• Art, music, and storytelling are woven into daily life
• Workshops, retreats, and gatherings bring people into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the earth
Imagine a place where gardens and wildflowers meet painted canvases… where music carries through open fields… where people come not just to visit, but to remember something essential.
What I Bring:
• A strong creative vision as a visual artist and musician
• Experience in designing and building meaningful, imaginative environments
• A deep intuitive sense for atmosphere, storytelling, and emotional resonance
• Commitment to creating something authentic, not commercialized or superficial
Who I’m Seeking:
Someone who resonates with this vision and brings complementary strengths, such as:
• Experience with farming, land stewardship, or permaculture
• Interest in co-creating a retreat or community-oriented space
• Financial investment, land access, or business development experience
• Grounded, communicative, and emotionally mature
• Open to building something slowly, intentionally, and with integrity
This is not just a business opportunity—it’s a long-term creative and land-based partnership. Alignment in values, communication, and vision matters more than speed.
I’m open to different structures: co-ownership, land partnership, or other collaborative models that feel fair and sustainable.
Next Steps:
If this resonates with you, I’d love to start with a conversation. We can share ideas, feel into alignment, and potentially collaborate on a small project before making any big commitments.
Please reach out with a bit about yourself, your experience, and what draws you to this vision.
Let’s build something meaningful—rooted in the earth, alive with creativity, and open to possibility.
