Your certification is granted by Wilderness Medial Associates and is good for 3 years—but the critical thinking skills you’ll gain last much longer!

🏔️ Hybrid WFR and WFR Recert offerings on beautiful Lake Como, in the Bitteroot National Forest just 8 miles south of Hamilton, MT.

⛑️ This Hybrid 5-Day WFR teaches Wilderness Medical Associates curriculum and requires a minimum of 30 hours of pre-course work.

⭐️You’ll get a 6- and 4- week schedule and weekly check-in emails to help you stay on track!

In our hour together, you’ll learn how to:
🧤be safe around blood
☠️ identify life-threatening bleeding
🙌 provide a high benefit/low risk solution to stop any bleed
🛑 decide if a tourniquet makes sense for the situation
