What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

This is such a accurate picture. When I don’t slow down and take care of myself all these show up in my life. Now with learning Reiki and literally feeling all of these feelings dissolve I knew this is what I needed and what I needed to share with the world. Are you ready Montana?? On my last post I said I had some new Adventures coming up. I didn’t exactly know what at that time I just knew I was being pulled somewhere/something. Well now I know what that pull was we are moving to Montana!!! So Soulchakra Reiki will soon be relocating to the beautiful state of Montana. All my past clients I will miss you and if you need any suggestions for a Reiki person I know many amazing people, or I am open to doing distant reiki. I should be here most of the summer so if you want to get a appointment in before I leave please let me know ♥️♥️ love and light to you all
